Exclusive Chocolates operate a very simple postal charge policy.

For all orders up to 900g, we despatch by Royal Mail Second Class Post, at a rate of £2.80.

For all orders above 900g & up to 30Kg, we send via DHL next day delivery, at a cost of £5.99.

Goods Damaged in Transit

All goods must be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. Claims out with this timescale will not be considered.

Any damages to packages must be reported immediately and signed for as damaged with courier.

Refunds

Refunds will be given at the company's discretion and are subject to a service charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
