The chocolate comes in the form of buttons and therefore is easy to melt as well as having extra cocoa butter added to help with viscosity, so there is no need to add oil or cocoa butter. All it requires is the chocolate to be put into a suitable container and melted in the microwave in short bursts of one minute until the chocolate has melted, then you simply just pour into your fountain!
